Try our unique sleep experience, designed to give you the best conditions for a good night's sleep. You sleep on a mattress that cools you down when you're hot, warms you up when you're cold, and is height-adjustable. The room also has both an air purifier and humidifier for optimal air.

Notifications, feeds and headlines take up more of our attention than we realize. During a digital detox at Naya, you check in your smartphone upon arrival and live a few days without a screen.
