If you are looking for a conference experience with semi-finished products, lots of candy and soft drinks, then we are not the right facility for you.
However, if you are looking for stylishly decorated premises 150 meters from the sea with a 4K projector, coffee made on site, food made with local ingredients and of course everything delivered with Finns? Then we are the right facility for you.
You can also choose to relax in our jacuzzi, do a yoga, breathwork or meditation session or just experience the incredible nature that lies just outside the facility. We can also tailor your experience completely based on your wishes. Why not cook together, bring in a masseuse, a yoga instructor or a running coach?

Why Breathwork?
Healthier employees perform better. Part of that journey is how you breathe.
A breathwork session is a structured experience where the breath and body are the focus, allowing the nervous system space to regulate itself. The session is led through an active breathing phase followed by deep relaxation and recovery.
Teddie is a yoga teacher, certified breathwork instructor and movement coach within the SEOL network. With over ten years of experience in yoga, breathing and movement, I help people regulate their nervous system and find calm, presence and balance in everyday life.
