Naya's booking policy

This booking policy applies to bookings at Naya (Formerly Eco by Strandnära).

Cancellation policies are stated in the confirmation email sent to the email address provided when booking. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us at hi@nayaretreat.

Check-in:
Check-in takes place between 16.00:18.00 PM and XNUMX:XNUMX PM. Late arrivals must be notified in advance to receive key information.

Check out:
Check-out is before 11.00:XNUMX AM.

Payment:
Payment is made upon arrival by card, please note that we are a cashless business.

Invoice customers are notified in advance.

age limit:
Age limit for bookings 20 years.

Children are welcome with parents, in existing beds, please note that we do not offer extra beds at Naya. For each room, the maximum number of people is stated, this also includes children.

Cancellation rules:

For companies and groups, special booking rules apply and are communicated at the time of booking.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation must be made either by filling in the last name as the booking is in & booking number below or by send an email booking number & name to hi@nayaretreat. Cancellations must be confirmed and cannot be done by phoneLate cancellation or no-show will automatically result in the full amount of the reservation being charged.

If cancellation is made later than 7-4 days before arrival, half of the reservation amount will be charged.

If cancellation is made later than 72 hours before arrival, the full amount will be charged. In the event of illness that prevents you from traveling, make sure to obtain a medical certificate confirming the illness and can be presented to your insurance company in order to receive compensation from them.
